At degelis, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Policy

We currently do not accept returns on any products once they have been delivered.

Returns will only be considered if you receive:

• A damaged product

• A defective product

• An incorrect item

Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos for verification.

Refund Policy

We have a No Refund Policy.

Refunds are not provided for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size ordered

• Colour preference

• Delay caused by courier services

• Products that have been used, washed, or altered

If a refund is approved due to exceptional circumstances, it will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after approval.

Exchange Option

Eligible products may be exchanged according to our Exchange Policy, subject to stock availability and approval.

Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Used or washed products

• Products without original tags or packaging

• Products damaged after delivery

• Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless received damaged or incorrect)

Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
